Agreement to Terms of Use 
These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms of Use”) apply to the Emergency Response Group Website located at ergroup.net.au (the “Website”)

Payment: We accept all major Credit Cards. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this facility, simply all you need is a credit card.

Emergency Response Group Pty Ltd does not store any of your credit card information. Our secure, encrypted payment gateway is provided by Eway so you can be sure your personal details are protected.

Delivery Information

We undertake to despatch your order the same day *if the order is placed before 10:00am Sydney time.

We use Australia Post or other couriers for deliveries throughout Australia.  Goods will be delivered Monday to Friday. Deliveries can take between 5 to 10 working days for metropolitan areas and may be longer for regional areas. A signature may be required at delivery address when receiving goods unless delivered to a post office box.

Once your delivery is picked up from our warehouse, a tracking number will be emailed to you. This will enable you to track your order if required.

Returns & Exchanges

Returned Goods and Claims Procedure

a)The following procedure in respect of returning goods and making claims in conjunction with any alleged breach of any express or implied term, condition or warranty of this contract is designed to facilitate prompt handling of customer claims and to enable both ERG and the customer to mitigate any loss which either may suffer as a result of the alleged breach, the customer shall notify ERG in writing within 7 days.

b) We do not refund for change of mind, however, At ERG’s discretion, goods incorrectly ordered by the customer may be returned for refund, they must be returned in a saleable condition within 7 days at the customer’s expense prior to the issue of a credit note. A restocking fee of $25.00 may be charged. No returns will be accepted after 14 days.

c)The customer shall notify ERG of the customer’s intention to return any product prior to its return. Please quote invoice number. ERG will notify the customer of arrangements for the inspection of the product prior to its return or of arrangements for its return, such return being at the expense of the customer.

d) Full refunds will be available in the instance of major faults in order to comply with Australian Consumer Law.

On-site Use Only: You may not take content from The Service and reformat and display them, or mirror the service on another web site. You may not send automated queries of any sort or “meta-search” the service.

Changes In Terms and Conditions: 

We reserve the right to modify or terminate our Terms of Use in the future, for any reason, and without notice, without liability to you or any other user or any third party.
